
Normal bike couriers are free to deliver to the reception floors.
All deliveries that require trolleys should be via the goods lift (loading dock). This is done to protect the marble floors in the lobby area.
The Loading Dock and Goods Lift is available between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm from Monday to Friday. All deliveries are to be co-ordinated with the Concierge. Adequate notice is required for all large deliveries. After hours deliveries and/or use of the Goods Lift should be advised to the Concierge during business hours.
There is no provision for long term parking in the Loading Dock. However, short term parking may be granted at the discretion of the Concierge.
