The central core facilitates six low rise and six high rise passenger lifts with a separate high load goods lift linked to the basement loading dock. Two stairwells acting as fire isolated egress paths connect all general office floors as well as the intermediate and upper plant rooms and discharge into the ground floor side foyers and through the lobby.

Service cupboards are located in the core passageway on each level allowing frequent inspections to be carried out with minimal disruption to the tenants.

At the general office floors the core accommodates general toilet facilities and a tea preparation area.
